My counselor is very professional and kind and I have gotten immense help from seeing him. I've spoken with a few of the other therapists there and they all seem very nice. My one recommendation for improvement would be to have more telephone availability. Every time I call, it goes to voicemail and sometimes I don't hear back from the receptionist. Otherwise, I'd say this is a really helpful and comforting place to seek care.

The staff here is amazing and professional. In addition, if you are unhappy with the counselor you have, they have no problem suggesting someone else. They understand that not all personalities go well together and want you to succeed in your counseling goals. They have a strict no show policy which they should. Time is money, after all and if you aren't serious about getting issued resolved then you should move along.

What a joke. The only counselor who will accept my daughters primary insurance is not accepting new patients and the counselor who came highly recommend would be out of network. The admin says "well you can call your insurance companies to see how it would work". If that were my business, I would be sure that my administrative support did the calling. My dentist and doctor office makes sure that the visit is covered under insurance - they do not expect the patient to do so because they actually want the business.

I am very grateful that I found Community Counseling Associates, but especially one therapist named Margo who works there. Twice in my life when I was struggling with issues that had me feeling sad, angry, anxious and hateful, Margo was able to help me find a way to cope. With her guidance, she helped me find the right paths to follow to heal the wounds within myself. I am, and always will be, grateful to Margo for helping me find my inner strength to overcome the hardships that life sometimes throws you. Thank you so much, Margo.

Professional staff, quite and calm atmosphere. I've been a client with them for almost 6 months and I will never go anywhere else for conceling. They have one on one services as well as marriage and family conceling.
