I have been a customer of community choice for several years. From a bank account to several loans of all kinds. Always had great expirences when going in and dealing with them in person. But their customer service team is terrible. On several occasions they’ve been rude, lazy and just simply terrible. Really ruins all the hard work the kind people in office have done to earn my business. Will not be using them or referring them EVER again.

Do better.

My experience is one of a kind. I have gotten so much help with not only just banking information and advice but with an auto loan and personal loans. Community Choice has gone above and beyond any time I have asked for something. Couldn’t be happier to have a credit union like this!! It’s help me so much with things I didn’t even realize I should know!!

The team at community choice credit union is unbelievable, great rates, great service, awesome atmosphere. I appreciate Courtney and her team so much, they make banking personal and convenient. I recently refinanced with Community Choice and I'm very happy I did. Not only did I receive a way better interest rate here compared to other places but the customer service was amazing. Brittany Hichue was who I worked with and she was amazing and very helpful. Whatever I needed she always helped and in a very speedy manner. One of the best customer service experiences I've had.

Stopped in to inquire about a couple new services that I was considering. Brittany was extremely helpful as we discussed various options. She patiently explained the pros and cons of the services that I was interested in. She finally helped to set me up with a new debit card. Matt was nice enough to print the card right then, so I didn't have to wait a week to receive it in the mail. Can't thank the Muskegon branch enough for all their help! You are the best!
