Social workers are great, therapists are great, nurse practitioners are great, this review is more for HEGIRA in general but their psych doctors are all disrespectful.will talk down to you, judge you from the very beginning, at least that's my experience with each new doctor I see and location I go to. They see I am prescribed Suboxone (have been for 5 plus years) and try to take me off of my psych meds I've been on for five years or longer.yes, one is a controlled substance but ive heard so many reasons why they won't or can't continue me on my medicine that I know works because I've been told multiple times completely different stories.it took years to find the right cocktail that works for me.only by the prescribing doctors do I ever have anything to complain about.i don't usually leave reviews for anything unless it's something I love or it's a genuine problem.i know plenty of people who are prescribed incredibly unnecessary amounts of drugs, or people with the same or similar combination I am on and don't have the problem i am having. opioid crisis I get it but not everyone taking them is abusing them.is the only way I'm going to get the same meds I've always been on by going to a shrink where I have to pay? I've seen plenty of doctors who weren't psych doctors but would still give me my psych meds with my Suboxone, yes things are different now more strict, but over the last two and a half years of trying to find a shrink to get my stuff from the right doctor , I haven't had a psych prescribe my psych meds to me In almost three years. My PCP and my Suboxone doctor help me by writing them as long as I show them I am trying to get in somewhere. So if it's perfectly fine for the doctors who really shouldn't be giving benzos scripts to me (psych meds were originally started from actual psychiatrist in the beginning) why in the EFF will absolutely no one help me?!?

Been with this office since 2019 and I absolutely love them CCS now they are hegira health! Never have issues with refills or appointments or even meds they are all amazing!

I have been going to CCS since the pandemic and they are fantastic. I can go for anything and the staff is very helpful and efficient. I recommend them to everyone!

Have never been a patient at a facility that treats patients so poorly. on 10/11/2019 arrived for my appointment and checked in with the front desk. Sat down and waited to be called back to see the doctor. After waiting 15 minutes, approached the girl at the window and asked if there was some reason that i was still waiting 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Was told the doctor was running a little wait. After another 45 minutes of waiting again asked why the delay and was given the same answer, the doctor was running late. Asked to speak to the office manager about this situation. After about 10 minutes, the office manager arrived and told my that the doctor was treating an emergency patient and would probably be another 45 minutes minimum and that they would reschedule my appointment. I stated to him that this was unacceptable and that if I didn't show for my appointment, i would incure a charge was a missed appointment. He assured me that that was not the case, the didn't charge for missed appointments. I told him that i didn't want to reschedule or be a patient at their facility any longer. Lo and behold a month later i received a bill for the missed appointment. So my recommendation is that the doctors my be fine but the staff leaves a lot to be desired in terms on honesty or competence

This place can be really helpful if you can get a therapist who doesn't move on before a years up. Maybe the company shouldn't overwork the therapists and that wouldn't happen. Have to keep starting over and can't get to the meat and potatoes with every new therapist. Those things take awhile. Relationships are built on trust. Respect your clients!

Horrible place, new patient here. Forced under court order. They are talking to my dad about medications when he's not a guardian and I specifically told them not to tall to him yet they still do. I think I should pursue legal action per HIPPA. They are also very disorganized with the appointments as stated. I hope they didnt make any appointments without my knowledge. The nurse blamed me that my mom and dad where bothering them as if I was the culprit. They seem nice but I have a feeling it's a facad and true colors show when theirs some tension.

If you are actually needing mental health help DO NOTTTTTT go here if you want to stay somewhat sane. I was desperately seeking help with very little resources or money and was completely tricked at this place. I could have read all the advice I was given from Google it was so stereotypical and not helpful. I was able to stomach a few visits because it frustrated me so much and gave me so much anxiety. After years of struggling I have JUST finally paid off the $1000+ in debt that they charged me over late fees to appointments that I did not agree to in the first place. You cannot even call the office to reschedule appointments anyway. It’s just a confusing automated service. Go somewhere else.

I would give negative stars if I could. I found the place useless for counseling and downright ruthless about medication, more focused on filling out forms online than on listening. But the way they've treated my husband is criminal. They keep screwing with his account requirements (aka, how many online checklists they need to check off, telling him for 3 years he didn't have a copay and now hitting us with a $700 bill), mailing critical paperwork to the wrong address and then denying him his medication that they essentially got him hooked on. In fact, if you're coming here for mental health medication, run far away.
