They help but have too many rules that poor people can't surmount...they don't make it easy for poor people to comply...n they take forever to help which is of no good to people in need which don't have the luxury of waiting for weeks or months n the paperwork is outrageous...is a bureocratic jungle more designed to not give u aid really or make it very difficult..years ago it was easy to get help now is nee impossible..the place is decked out in luxury design so u know where ur tax dollars are going n I saw it as a waste since it really is a scam w people making great salaries there n the people that need help getting turned down...left n right..you can tell whoever wrote the application wasn't poor...should be investigated...it's a scam

Everyone from the security guard to the person that helped me. I believe their name was Holly, was welcoming, informative and beyond anything empathetic. I'm in a tough position currently and they did everything quickly to help me out. I'm thankful rental assistance programs exist these days. I don't know what I'd do without it.

Wouldn't offer any assistance because I'm not disabled or didn't irresponsibly have a child that I can't afford. Very discriminatory. Just a note to Community Action Marin, hard working individuals need assistance when they have hardships that happen too.

Everything is wonderful the only thing is how to make the payments , in weekends? Or week after 6:00 pm , sometimes I trying to get there before 5 because is closed at 5:00 pm. , please we need other ways how to make the payments , and thank you so much for all the wonderful help! ❤️
