Commonwealth is a beautiful facility. Always a staff member to greet you with a smile when you enter the building. The cozy sitting room when you enter with the Honor wall is a very nice tribute to those who served in the military. The rooms are spacious and beautiful and very affordable. They have a beautiful spa room available for the residents as well. The dining room is a beautiful place for the residents to have meals in. I also love the variety of foods on the menu and the food is delicious. They grow their own lettuce and herbs as well. Tina is always a pleasure to communicate with and does a great job in the sales office. Give her a call to tour the building you will not be disappointed. 5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had the pleasure of touring this beautiful facility yesterday. Commonwealth offers so much for their residents-from independent living, to assisted living, to memory care; they have it all. From the minute you walk in, you can tell the staff love what they do and the residents love their home. I was really impressed with the in-house services and chef prepared meals too. The sales manager, Tina Petersmarck, answered all my questions. It was obvious she loves what she does and loves her residents. I will be telling my friends and family to consider Commonwealth Senior Living.

I was an outside contractor here for hospice for a year before my company moved me to a different location. Commonwealth New Baltimore was my favorite facility to visit. The building is beautiful and always clean. I never ran into a bad smell while visiting. My favorite part about going here was the staff. Whether i was up stairs or downstairs the staff was always welcoming and available if i needed assistance. They cared for all their residents as if they were family. I always recommend commonwealth if someone is looking for a great facility for a loved one!

I have had the honor and privilege at Commonwealth, to be one of their hospice nurses for the past several years. Above that, Commonwealth was the home that I chose for my mother to reside in her final years.
So this review comes from a place deep in my heart. The care that they gave to my mother was exceptional, I was able to sleep well at night, knowing that she was safe.
The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff attentive to the residents needs. Providing not only daily care, but activities, nutritious meals, and entertainment. I have seen firsthand not only as a daughter, but as a caregiver, the compassion and exceptional care at Commonwealth. A special shout out to Trina, the administrator, and Heather the nurse. Both go above and beyond each and every day! If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you to each and everyone of you at Commonwealth.

I would definitely recommend Commonwealth. It is very clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, they never seem to be stressed or irritated by any request. The food there is prepared with fresh ingredients and they even have an indoor spice and greens garden. Each resident has a call button on a lanyard and the staff responds promptly. Our loved one was able to be a part of the process of finding a place to care for them and their growing needs. I'm really glad they chose Commonwealth! I feel comfortable, as they need more and more care they are in the right place.

Commonwealth Memory Care became home to us for the seven months my husband resided there.

He was well cared for, included in all activities and grew very attached to his caregivers. We the family did too! We were always welcome and could participate in activities or join in at meal time or watching a movie. Everything was clean and well kept.

The aging in place concept was very important to us and the Commonwealth staff and Hospice made sure he stayed at his new ‘home’.

Placing a loved one into care is never easy but we found that our ‘ faith and trust’ in Commonwealth was well placed. My family and I were regular visitors and the staff worked with my husband and our family to help make the transition as easy as possible.

The food is good and nourishing and they made accommodations as my husband’s needs changed.

The aides and nursing staff were stellar.
Caring and consistent. Communication was very good, both ways and I felt ‘heard’ and was always promptly informed of issues and changes.

We enjoyed the Community parties and entertainment and enjoyed getting to know the other families and residents.

We thank Trina, the director, and the entire staff for the loving care our family was given.
