Visited store on February 5 to donate & shop. Started the bingo challenge for Valentine's Day which they made fun! Plus found some good buys. Do like that they support lots of programs in the community with donations and purchases that you make. Especially the homeless shelter everyone deserves a warm place to sleep plus food❣️

FYI. If you make a special trip to this location on Saturday to donate, they do not accept any donations on that day. This isn't noted online. Other, more user-friendly locations in Brainerd/Baxter do.

Wonderful, clean store with great merchandise but overpriced. I understand the good cause. So does Goodwill, Salvation Army, and St. Vincent de Paul. They too have a good cause yet are able to expand and grow through pricing that allows limited cash shoppers to pick up great items, and come back often so as to not miss a great deal.

I cannot fathom paying $60 for a secondhand sweater, that’s insane! The one I was looking at in particular was selling online for an average of $30. The store itself is nice, but the prices are definitely too high for secondhand items.

I do like supporting locally owned businesses. I like all three locations; but Baxter is their largest store and thus my preferred one - although sadly the new location will be less convenient for me. Common Goods has nice merchandise and clean attractive stores, however their regular prices are usually too high for my taste. I pretty much stick to the weekly discount tag color. The customer rewards program is nice but the reward amount was sadly cut in half awhile back. Their computer system has been a bit tricky for them to deal with; that's caused a few delays & incorrect prices for me, but recent updates have improved the situation considerably. Overall a nice set of stores with a good cause.

I felt safe in the store, everyone was social distancing and they have hand sanitizer available for use at the door. Picked up some really nice clothes today too! This store has always been a great place to find clothing. They also have a great selection of household items. Everything is reasonably priced!

Always a good find at great prices and the proceeds benefit local families.
I recently revisited this store. A newer employee, maybe manager or assistant manager, she sure tried to manage me, cornered me in the store where other employees and customers could hear her and told me I hadn't followed their donation policy (where is this published or is this her rule?). Not even a thank you for the donation. I just went home. So unpleasant. I doubt I'll donate or shop there until she's fired for her unpleasantness when you just want to help your community.
