They are not helpful whatsoever. If they hate their job that much with all their sarcasm and attitude then perhaps let someone else take over and do the job professionally. I cannot stand calling this place. They never return calls, then when they assign you to a specific person that person is never available. Very uninformative this place is you have to physically go in person to have things done I guess. If you call by phone they do nothing. Bitter ass woman work here. They are such an inconvenience to your case, my best advice is to stay on top of your case if not they will screw you over then when you call they act dumb like they don’t know anything.

Ive been trying to contact then since sept they said they moved or combined offices in October and I will have to wait.... its next year and still havent heard back they are literally useless even the judge at the custody hearing I went to was shocked
