Very rude employees, they do not treat the applicants with any respect more of a demeaning sort of treatment as” if we should know “ why we are getting changed to our benefits when they FAILED to inform us directly about the situation and believe just because we received a letter in the mail should be enough for us to understand.Top it off they make it impossible to speak to a Live Worker even to your assigned worker is nearly impossible to do . Don’t bother requesting appts on the benefits app either they will not get back to you to schedule any appts and when confronted about them they do not acknowledge their fault in not responding and still give very rude treatment .

Positive: they have a scanning machine to scan in your paperwork & go. Comes in handy trust me!
You can walk in no appointment needed to speak to someone.
They have a computer room free to use. And daycare room! Also comes in handy alot of other places like Jurupa office riverside county dont have any of this.
Only Negative: you will take forever to reach someone on the phone I've been on the line for 1hour just make a appointment or go in.

Just hung up after being on hold for 1 hour 5 minutes. I visited the office last week and after one hour of waiting, I checked with the front desk and they tell me I was called 30 minutes ago, what!!! I watched as each person that was called over loudspeakers get up and go to their designated area, but yet they tell me I was already called. Believe me if I could work and get insurance thru my employer, I would, I hate the fact they're holding all the cards and I get nowhere with answers to my benefits.

I asked a simple question (I am here for my brother to help him with his case) The front desk lady's seam to think they are entitled to treat every one like they are uneducated and get some sick enjoyment from talking down to people. RETRAIN YOUR STAFF
