The psychiatrist (dr. Z something), is arrogant ah yet more incompetent. After being laid off and loosing my great insurance, I ended up at CNS under his care.
He refused to recognize my previous years of treatment for ADHD denying that I even have the condition. He even tried to undermine my intelligence by saying that the state of Michigan requires doctors to document adderall prescriptions and that there is no history I’d ever been prescribed adderall. Most likely to find out that he hasn’t completed required con-ed to prescribe controlled medications in many many years if checked in his continuing-Ed training. If my medications are supposed to be on a state of Michigan list; I trust Henry Ford Health System would have done so over the many years of treatment there. Truth be told the CNS doctor obviously doesn’t have access to the state of Michigan reporting system, he is unable to prescribe certain medications like adderall due to insufficient continued education.

What this means is that many Oakland County patients are deliberately being misdiagnosed and untreated for their conditions.
I’m asking the State of Michigan and Oakland to look into this CNS doctor. This is what happens when there’s no accountability or oversight of doctors, but Michigan does have a history of allowing doctors free to abuse and neglect patients.

The Physician Assistant there seems competent, but knows not to make a ADHD diagnosis or write a prescription for certain medications. This is a violation of her medical oath to purposefully misdiagnose, I’ve asked the state of Michigan and Oakland County to investigate her conduct in this matter.

If not for the most of the staff who are very friendly and caring, I would have rated 1 star.
