As a HomeCare Professional in the area for 15 years, I have had countless positive experiences in all areas of service that Clement Manor offers. They are committed to their Community, they provide services of all levels, and they have a dedicated Rehab Center for those who live in and also outside of the Clement Manor Campus. The Leadership of Clement Manor has a top down approach; they live their mission every day and it reflects on the dedication of the rest of their team. Consequently, it's been an easy referral, when our HomeCare clients need rehabilitation, or are looking to move from their single family home.

Awful—I wish I could give zero stars. Many incidents occurred here that, in hindsight, I wish we had reported to the state. Admin, on the whole, was bloated, incompetent, apathetic, and ineffectual. They were more interested in marketing the facility than improving resident care. If you truly care about the wellbeing of your loved one do not place them in any area of Clement Manor’s campus. All of the other negative reviews are completely accurate and echo my own long-term personal experience with this facility.

Clement Manor is the worst place to send your loved or be employed at if you’re of color. The nurses get away with basically not caring for the residents. Nurses refuse to see residents during the night because they only have two nurses staffed for only two units everyone else is on their own. Very inappropriate relationships between staff and resident and residents family. They refuse to pay for breaks that we don’t. They refuse to pay for holidays were mandated to work. No sick pay and if you get sick you’re took off the schedule with no pay and will forfeit any overtime you worked. They refuse to care for staff make us work around outbreaks not offer any support. Residents aren’t changed between the hours of 8pm and 6am because the nurses and aides are sleeping and that’s why there’s so many bed sores. Falls aren’t reported and residents needs are ignored daily. Trish Carly and Jen are racist and very inappropriate with each other and staff. The place is disgusting bugs everywhere cold food for meals and the heat barely works. Pics and videos coming soon.

I just finished a two-week long volunteer stint at Clement Manor, and it was nothing short of amazing. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful and deeply cared for the residents. The facility was clean, the food in the Rainbow Room was delicious, and there was plenty of events and activities to do around the facility for independent living, assisted living, and Clare Suites. The center for enrichment was especially impressive, with plenty of presentations, conversations, and activities for residents and outside members to enjoy. I loved being able to spend time working with the residents, and I will be coming back to visit soon! Thank you Clement Manor staff and residents for making my time there fantastic!

My father was at Clement Manor for a year and a half until he passed away at age 93. He was quite content and comfortable there. The staff love him and he loved them. He walked the halls regularly with his walker to stay active. The food wasn’t the best but my father didn’t complain. We would bring meals and eat with him occasionally or bring take out food as he was not on a restricted diet. He especially loved bath time! He said it was the best and the aids were so good with him. He was always treated with dignity and respect. We never witnessed anything that would be of concern and my family and I visited often.
Clement Manor even allowed my brother to stay with my dad in his room for the first few nights he was there to comfort him and help him to get acclimated. They set up a bed for him. We were also welcome to come and dine with my dad and the residents whenever we wished.
My father had hospice care in the last few weeks of life and the hospice chaplain came often to see him which was meaningful to him. We were very pleased overall with our experience with Clement Manor.

Window broken in room...drafty & cold & was cold during rehab. Rated 5 stars & 5 * by Medicare..hah! Despite showing my insurance card showing I was a PPO & not an HMO, my treatments reduced to 1/2 hour instead of full hour. Often put in grp therapy instead of 1 on 1. Bathrooms dirty & mold at base of walls, couldn't keep staff...huge turnover (& this was before covid hit in 2/ 2020). Facility never fully staffed & Staff sometimes quit in middle of shift, food rarely hot, more warm than cold, attendants not properly trained...they didn't even know they should 'lock' wheelchair when transferring to bed or toilet, hospital gave me idischarge meds but even with RN on duty, refused to give me my medication for pain...I think they added it to their cache & waited for MD to order new meds days later & bill my insurance. I SUFFERED tremendously. Attendants did not wash hands after assist in bathroom & wheeled me to dining room & that person then served food. This happened several times. Long times to answer call button. They gave me 3 different wheel chairs that were differently broken probably because they treated me as an HMO instead of full pay. Received a walker that was broken & uneven & had duct tape to mend parts.
Chair cushion was badly worn & it was as tho I sat in a sling swing all day. Because of this nightmare experience at Clement Rehab, I would rather die than go to a facility again.
This place the State & Medicare should close it dow. They prominentally displayed plaque on wall stating they were the best in Wisconsin. In their dreams.

Clement Manor employs a team effort of the best caregivers I've ever seen in their professions. From the top leadership all they way throughout the campus my 93 year old mom has been treated with kindness and understanding along with the daily necessities to keep her smiling and engaged in meals, meds and activities. They encourage her participation and my sometimes stubborn mom now LOOKS FORWARD to the film matinees or craft days or music talent (that by coincidence I saw last Friday - and that guy could EASILY perform at Supper Clubs both singing and doing trivia with these golden gems who gave him the appreciative attention and called out the answers to questions). Thank you especially to the daily and nightly and sometimes weekend caregiving "angels" for doing what they do. I know it's not EZ but it's very much appreciated.

I started taking classes thru the Center for Enrichment (CFE) several years ago to prevent me from becoming a couch potato. I met people living here and when I began having balance issues knew it was time to put myself somewhere that could care for me now and in the future.

Folks, I had no idea how excellent the staff would be, how good (and reasonable) the food in the Rainbow Room would be and how many activities would be offered to keep me active.

In next week alone will be working out in the therapy pool, taking classes (including a series on Civics and Current Events and another on the play Come From Away: A 8/11 Story), eating lunch one day and supper another in the Rainbow Room and attending a travelogue on Scotland,, enjoying a documentary on Willie Nelson and family, a shopping trip to a local grocery store, an opportunity to join a newly forming choir here and more.

I'm part of the Welcome committee that helps new residents get acclimated, help residents recycle for the Ronald McDonald House and teach classes (the next being People Unique to Milwaukee and Wisconsin).

I'm just one resident of a vibrant community here @ Clement Manor. Come see for yourself!
