The city is becoming unsafe. Homeless people are living in the public parking lot on first Street and urinating in public. I've complained several times and instead of addressing the problem, they're making a personal effort to impound MY car when I had to park there, twice. $1600 total, while other cars being lived in have been so long expired that they fell out of the system. I've run their plates through the DMV website.
