People gripin here why I don’t know. I got doo doo pads and if it weren’t for them I would have doo doo in my whole room. They take the pads and they take the wrappers from my tacos. They always super nice to me.

I've lived in Conway for two years and never had an issue with them until now. We put our trash can out every Thursday night without fail and the trash truck did not pick our trash up yesterday. He drove by our house and kept going. I called the main office and the rude lady I spoke with said the driver told her that the can was not out by the road!! He is a straight up liar!! We have cameras in our driveway that shows when we put the can out!!! The lady said she'll have them come back by as a one time courtesy?🤔 Anyways, we waited all day yesterday and they still never showed up!! Now we have to wait until Monday and our trash can is completely full!!! I'm very disappointed with the department of sanitation!!!!!!

Trash has not been picked up in two weeks..the representatives on the 311 calls are clueless...Is this being done on purpose? My water bill is 194.00 for the month of June....Is there something going on? THAT the so called residential customers are not aware of?

If you aren't under conway Corp its a toss up on whether or not the pricing will be fair. Sometimes it's free sometimes its $65. The city of conway let a monopoly control the waste disposal for the whole city. Even though some of us are technically outside city limits and can't have their services. There is no landfill for citizens who are in between conway and little rock.

I heard weird noises aroun 3:55 PM on a Monday and looked outside. I noticed what seemed to be a trash truck at a house across the street, making the weird noises. It wasn't like it normally sounds but I couldn't see which truck it was because it was obstructed by trees/fence.

A couple minutes later the sounds got louder, so I looked out my window again and saw them at my neighbor's house on my side. Again the view was obstructed so all I saw was a big blue truck and some guy walking around.

I watched them drive off and pass my house, leaving my trash can there, and watched them throw an object out of the passenger side window as they drove off. I went out and looked at it and it was a paper towel. As the truck went by I saw that it said "department of sanitation conway arkansas".

Totally unprofessional to be throwing trash in my yard, especially when your job is to collect my trash and you didn't even do that.

Having a 1 ton minimum charge for residential drop offs is ridiculous. $65+ a surprise credit card fee they don't mention anywhere except on the receipt is just wrong. Especially for not even half a ton. No other landfill I've used had a minimum more than half a ton.

The absolute WORST company ever created! The laziest people that are ready to blame things on everybody else just because they do t wanna shut up and do their job which is pick up trash. If I could’ve given them 0 stars, that’s what they would get because they are useless! From the lazy useless drivers to the people in the office!
