I am very confused how the map 1515 6th street sent me here but the place I had appointment was a whole different address and place. My mom had a appointment for her passport. So my worries was not finding the place the address is shady. My mom was satisfied with her service. Here passport was ready the same day. Alot of people where waiting outside but the appointment helped and was seen on a timely manner.

Wife came in to get her passport changed to her current last name. Hispanic lady inside made her sign using her signature from her last marriage. When my wife refused, the lady tore the paper up in front of her and made her do it over. Terrible customer service

A. Wey disgusting place, they don’t care much of keeping areas and equipment used by others sanitized after every use. No point of social distance or use of mask if areas are not kept properly clean.

Coachella looks bad compared to neighbor cities..needs lots of improvements. Very little is done
