Rudest location ever been to. Called about getting my ID card updated and was told I didn't need an appointment.
Went in today and the asked the main receptionist about getting my ID updated. First thing out of his mouth was, "Read the sign", it's only Wednesday and Friday! This is the second time being treated rudely at this location. Will not be going here a third time!!!

Had horrible experience trying to get someone on the phone for an urgent care appt. Next day went up to the facility. The chunky dark haired girl with glasses was not kind or helpful. I was crying telling her about my pain & lack of help over the phone, she thrust some papers in my hand & said "call here next time, this was explained to you when you enrolled"
I took the papers & asked to speak with a pt advocate or someone that could hear/help with my issues. She said "there's no one here for you to talk to" and called security on me! I wasn't raising my voice or being rude, simply asking to talk to a supervisor or someone to help resolve issues. If you aren't here to actually HELP veterans, why get a job at the VA. Unbelievable

I tried 5 times (3 phone calls and 2 in-person visits to the counter) to make an appointment to establish primary care without any help. I’m already in the system and just moved from central California to the Chula Vista area. They gave me the run around each time and told me the one person who deals with new people isn’t here today (multiple times). Completely ridiculous. Sorry to all the vets and other people experiencing the same treatment.

This VA outpatient clinic is very convenient and very well organized. Because back in 2018, the location was a lot further. The bus stop 709 is not far from this clinic. The staff were very professional and helpful. The wait time was only 15 minutes and the podiatrist was very professional and very knowledgeable. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes . I would not mind coming back to this clinic again.

Went to get my blood drawn for upcoming appointment. Walk in. Only one person ahead of me. My pplopotomist was awesome. I hate getting stuck but I didn’t even feel this one. She found a vein I couldn’t even see. Most happy with my experience.
