This place is good if you were on parole or just out of rehab and looking to rebuild your life and never had a job or experience. They teach very rudimentary job training skills like something in high school. Then they make you go to four classes before they even consider helping you with resources, which I imagine four trips down there for somebody that doesn't have a car is quite a commitment. And they don't even give you job placement. The staff was nice except for my caseworker(Jazmine), I called her out on not responding to my text and she got an attitude with me and told me I wasn't asserting myself because I didn't go to every job fair that she posts.. even though those aren't the jobs I was looking for. They did help me get a certification for forklift but that was after about seven trips down there when all of it could have been expedited over the phone. Caseworker was also complaining to me saying that she has 120 client load as if that excuses her attitude and bad service. Wouldn't waste your time here if you're a true professional. This is more for people that are starting their lives over or something.

Not a good place to get help. They don't really care to get back with you when they say they would. They blame YOU for you not being able to land a good job. It's hurtful. Even the manager sucks at getting back at you for your concerns. I do NOT feel cared for or heard really. It takes them DAYS to get back to you (if ever), and then they TWIST the words around and say YOU are the one that was hard to reach! What kind of "employment agency" is this?! Pretending to care.

Edit: This was a review I left months ago but took down in hopes they would change, but they didn't, so I decided to reinstate this review. My Employment Specialist INTERRUPTS me over the phone, and her manager IGNORES me so yes, this sucks indeed.

Also, I keep calling and leave a message and still no one gets back to me. How mean they are and pathetic.

I have called a couple of times and those times there’s never a receptionist to answer. Maybe the receptionist should be fired? For being lazy or not doing her job.

Great place for re-entry people to get a foot hold back into society. I was gone a decade plus some and Chrysalis truly helped ease the troubled mind on issues, and I thank them.

This is the best place that you could ask for if you're trying to find work. The counselors are very friendly and are really doing all they can to help you out as much as they can. They don't discriminate wether you're an ex felon or still on active parole or probation. All in all this is the best place to start if you wanna make a change in your life for the better.
