I called them many times to be told there aren’t any appointments left. I have called them from 2 different phone to see if I would be able to get thru. But they line just automatically hang up the call. I been calling them for 4 days straight and still have been able to get appointments. They need better service where you are able to apply online and call for appointments. Because just calling is impossible to get in touch for an appointment.

They will answer then hang up to all landlords…if your tenant uses this church you will end up paying for their mistakes…This church promised to pay and then denied the payment for rent the day before the pledge ended. Because of “incorrect information” but the tenant provided the proof of what was submitted and everything should’ve been paid from their end and they failed to stick to their promise because the check got kicked back. Now the tenant is going to court and getting evicted because no one wants to help their response is I’m confused please hold.. then hang up… I had called them 7 times wait 20-30 minutes just for the system to hand up every time and when I did get ahold of someone they couldn’t help because they are a “different location” …they are only on different floor levels from each other… floor 2 and floor 3… that being said I understand they possibly get flooded with calls but there should be a discussion on who’s in charge of payments. The only time they called back was to tell me the check got kicked back.

Training should be done for the people y'all hire to do intake for the financial assistance. My experience was horrible. They were rude and beyond insensitive in the way they speak to you, the way they ask questions about your situation and just the conversation overall. If your going to offer a service that is supposed to help people in need maybe be more sensitive

I have called these people's numerous of times and they put you on hold forever and then they just don't respond to your needs it's just best to go and sell some dinners or cut some grass or even clean some houses to pay your bills these people's need to just be shut down👎

So I’ll actually be the one to admit that they do answer the phones but I’ll also admit that I was one that didn’t think they did because my timing was off… but here is a few insider tips:

It does ring a few times then it beeps but I’ve discovered that that means you’re on hold …
If it goes to voicemail after it beeps so many times then just call right back

If you have 2 phones or there is two or more phones in your household then call from all phones at once to tie up the line lol but you have to start at 9:50 am I know this sucks and sounds selfish but if you really need it then you have to do what you have to do because they only take 3-4 appointments a day from 10am to 2pm.

They were not able to help me because we have to had been living at the residence for 4months or longer.

But the lady who answered the phone was very respectful and helpful because she was patient with me and also gave me other resources and said if I need help in July call them back !

The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I didn’t receive the services I didn’t even make it to the financial discussion so I can’t just say everything is perfect there just yet but I believe in them !!! So keep trying until you get through because I start calling at 9:50 am and they answered me at 10:02 am so just remember you are not the only person seeking help and you will come to an understanding with how this works.

If the line beeps for 20 minutes then just remain on hold until someone picks up or if it goes to voicemail … God bless you all and I hope you all get what you need !!!!!!

They turned me down for every little thing they could think of . At first it was “they helped already “ when I confirmed they didn’t it was another issue then when I confirmed my lights are on due to selling my things and kid things they still had an excuse about the date . How can you put a date on someone electric bill ? That’s the SECOND time they’ve done this to me .
