I love this church. They have a womens date night with God in Tuesdays. We get in depth to the books of the bible. The women are super nice, friendly and I did not feel unwelcome at all.

My daughter has just begun her third year at First Baptist Preschool, and we absolutely love it. The staff here is dedicated, hardworking and caring. First Baptist offers a whole array of scheduling options. The price was excellent- the atmosphere was nurturing, safe, colorful, and very clean- they offer a dynamic and interesting curriculum. There is a good mix of attention on all aspects of development at this school. Strong academics, a terrific motor development program, arts and crafts. They offer optional programs like gymnastics, dance and sports. They have a cool and shady playground for the kids to get plenty of outside play time under the trees. This school is one of Covina's best kept secrets. It offers the excellence of a very high priced private school/day care, at about half the cost.

Powerful and stimulating biblical teaching through & through, in a nucleus of multi-generational attendees and leadership who love God and people, to the core. Youth ministry leadership is always strong. Adults can flourish in a Traditional Service or a Modern Service both are wonderful, the music is the difference. The campus always is abuzz with activity, too numerous to mention.

This church family expresses love and tolerance to all. I instantly felt loved and a “part of”. it wasn’t hard to fit in and no one was pushy when I first came. Just lots of people who love our Lord and savior coming together 🙏🏻❤️

If you are looking for a church home...this is the place. The 9:00 a.m. service is the best! Pastors James & Thiago do an awesome job! The congregation is the friendliest by far.
