Our family utilized the services at the CAC and I can not say enough about the quality care we received the minute we walked through the door. We are so fortunate to have a center like this in Ottawa County that provides free services to survivors and their families. The professionalism of staff and the child friendly atmosphere is top notch!

This is a place that no one wants to be due to the circumstances that would get you here. However, this place is amazing for support for the child and the parent who have experienced horrific things. Everything at the building was child friendly and very well done. There is even a "kids only" entrance with a mini door next to the full size door. The waiting room was spectacular. So many high quality sensory toys that any child could find something to distract them while they wait to talk. There were snacks and drinks for children and parents. There was a cart of hygiene items that families could take if they were in need. The staff were incredibly friendly and understanding of the situation. I am so thankful for this place. It is an incredible resource for our community!

It honestly doesn't even deserve one star....absolutely no protocol to keep the child away from alleged abuser, (they were sitting right in the front when we walked in) and after one maybe 30min "interview" of a 3 YEAR OLD, who didn't feel comfortable to be there in the first place, they determine nothing happened! Now we haven't seen my step daughter in almost 2 months because the alleged abuser is keeping her from us. THE SYSTEM IS BROKEN!
You all should be ashamed of this corruption.
