I give two stars. The case worker I have is a dream,but I don't care for child support I would rather depend on SNAP and insurance. My ex and I are good at co-parenting and had a lot of practice and patience. But here's the kicker I was told this program wouldn't mess with my other benefits like food stamps and such and I get I get told it will. I hope they are not being shady..

I filed for child support over 2 years ago. I've had 11 different case workers. I gave them my child's father's address who lives in another state and has lots of money and they still completely refuse to do their job. Me and my 3 kids have absolutely nothing. I can't even afford a phone and barely have food. He constantly makes fun of the fact that we're from Arkansas and says quote "that's what happens when you live in the sticks and have a bunch of uneducated inbreds working for the state." I don't know what to do anymore. Maybe at least let another county in central Ar take our case because this isn't fair. I don't know how these ppl get this kind of job or how they can live with them selves knowing they are in complete control of schildrens lives and don't care or help

This is the most incompetent, ridiculous, and horrible office I have ever had the horror of working with. I have called five times to receive my child support orders and back payments that I am owed. These are documents I am legally owed & own. I spoke with both a Brittany and a supervisor Carol in two of my five times calling to receive these documents. They forced me to close my case and sent me paperwork to sign and send back to them, which I completed immediately. It doesn't matter how many times I call or how many times I asked they blatantly refused to send me my paperwork or do their job. I have never met a more incompetent group of people in my entire life. I have to get my lawyer involved to get the documents I own because the people at the child support office blatantly refused to do their job and continue to break the law by denying me things I own. I seriously hope that the state of Arkansas takes a good hard look at this office and make some serious changes. And I'm taking every action to ensure that this office and the state of Arkansas has to pay the legal fees I'm now incurring because of the blatant refusal of the people that work here to follow the law and do their job. It is disgusting how these workers treat people. If I am receiving child support and I have thousand dollars of back child owed to me, I clearly haven't been in a good situation. You would hope that the people working here would want to help you instead of harm you. It is such a pity

Did not want to help when I went into Little Rock. Said I had everything I needed online. Very rude acted like she didn't want to do her job or be there. So many people needs jobs get rid of these people un willing to help and hire new ones.. I'm sure they would do it for less money to have a good job.

They are nice. Except when i called them and a lady responded to my inquiry in a very condescending and judgmental tone. They are there to help not judge why you didnt act on what you had to do sooner. She literally arrogantly told me so..

I tried to close my case and they totally dropped the ball. Baby daddy is missing a large chunk of money and has suffered other financial losses because of this. Stay on top of them! Wondering if the staff is incompetent or they just don’t care.

Been on support with them for years and no matter when you call or go up there. Nothing is handled correctly or even explained or relayed. You leave with paperwork you don't know what to do with and are constantly berratted bye threatening mail and threats of screwing up your livelhood. Aside from personal research I can't name anyone in the place that can even answer a case related question. Have also had at least 6 case workers in 5 years and obviously there should be a better way to handle these situations

The only reason this place is here is because of Title IV Section D of the Social Security ACT which allows the state to get a dollar for dollar match for the courts. You can thank your representatives and state for this.
