There's a little girl here in Stockton that MUST go with her father every other week and it's total hell for her. The father is verbally abusive to her and threatens to cut her hair off. The court system told the mother NOT to contact CPS as it will just be viewed at an attempt to sway the results of the custody battle.

This little girl cries and cries when she must go with her father. An illegal alien that has control of an American citizen and no action from ICE or the police.

This man was sent to jail for child endangerment as a baby got into his drugs and could have died. The follow up plans made by CPS just went ignored and here we are today.

Why does our system fail lil Rosie? Constant police reports have been made since the man does not follow the plan laid out by the court. He is not a loving father doing what's in the child's best interest.

What can we do to change this and save this lil girl and her siblings? Verbal abuse is just as bad if not worse than physical abuse. Terrorist threats to cut off her hair is NOT right to be allowed just because there's a custody issue in progress.

This little girl has even said, she would rather be at Mary Gram Hall than with her father. SO many laws broken and no one acts on it. Just not right.
