This organization is a blessing to those in need. My family and I had where able to benefit from their warehouse and they where so kind to deliver as well. I'm glad I was able to find this place when I very much needed it.

6/21/24. Had a sewer leak or broken pip here. Today a chat maintenance guy was here he did smell sewer gas. Told. 3 tenant that someone from city or plumber will show up. No one did only code enforcement. But code enforcement told us that he could only help if chat or owner won't stand up fix this. Chat owner will not come out see us. Or the owner of this place. Won't step foot on her land. She to ......... Come out here look she call us ...... Refuses to help.

DOnt rent from chat after your lease is up. They won't help you find a new place. To how help chat out stop paying them their word is no good.

Don't rent from chat . After you pay rent they will give you a 3 day notice again . They can given call me. Or stop by plus it's take 3 months to get repaired done. I've have receipt I've shown them. She drop it . Now after 2 months trying to get money again so they can pay their pockets.
Do not rent from them or do a grant after the grant run out they will not help you . Plus I'm from a shelter too. My case does care too. After she told if I need help. Is their any one out their in the same boat. Let me now

Today August 25
Pest guy show up. I new he was doing a lot when came open front door found my mop on the floor and closet door open. But the other one closed.
I did now he was going to bomb the place. Now my pillow smell. Floor can't mop for 1 month. This floor will get mop. In the open area. No one ask the office care. Someone need out here asap

It's been over a month now maintenance man has told us that they come out. This is now 3 times chat maintenance man tell their guest a lie. Or refuse to do repairs. I have talk to pest company they say just wait . It's been a week now. We who live here have to get eat up by pest everyday.

Been waiting about a month now for pest guy and maintenance man show up . Was told will be back it's now 2 week .
Would you live in a place with coach roaches... Plus when I call never get a live person

Avoid at all costs. Maintenance sucks, they pair you with completely random strangers who are either mentally unwell or may have dangerous friends or boyfriends/girlfriends, and they do not take any responsibility on cleaning the apartments before move in then try to foot the bill on you so you lose your deposit.

Today was yet another disappointing time with CHAT. Picked up my rental security check. Was expecting a full $425.00 from $575 paid. I owed $150.00 Property manager said I had till 15th of August. I surrendered the keys on the 12th and we have a grace period till the tenth to pay rent. I moved out because CHAT allowed mentally unstable people reside with non mental homeless. In April my life was threatened along with my grandson. I missed work and had to get a restraining order. I had to deal with a roommate peeing and shatting wherever she wanted for 6 months. My experience with CHAT has been Abusive mentally physically tiring. There are others that has experienced this very same thing.
