Kind and friendly staff. My auntie from Canada lost her purse with her cards etc inside and one of the women in the shop had found it and phoned to have it returned. Nice kept shop with good prices as well for anybody interested.

I used to frequently shopand donate to this charity shop, sadly over the past six months the atmosphere has changed and does not feel welcoming any more, dosent help that some members of staff have an attitude that stinks.

Items here have now doubled in price such as the books and clothing making it cheaper to buy many items that they sell cheaper to buy brand new.

Thank donate here l throw the items in the bin or list them up for free on olio,
I don't like to see people on a low income ripped off.

Great wee charity shop - large selection of stock for the size, staff are really helpful as well. Every time I've been in I've found something perfect for me or the person I'm with, I call it the magic charity shop!

I love this shop and the findings I leave with often. The staff are nice and as volunteers, their hard work is much appreciated. However, today I was a bit disappointed. It was 4.40 when I walked in and the staff were shuffling about, yawning and musing about eating soon. Nothing wrong with that (though a tad unprofessional - speaking as an ex-bartender), but at 12 minutes to 5 they told me they're closing down the tills, which is not right. I had already picked out 4 books and was about to make further purchases, but I felt I had to interrupt myself and hurry up. I am happy if the closing time is 4.45, but seeing as it's later please stick to the time guys! Not worth braving the traffic and leaving work early.

best charity shop on dumbarton road !!! the staff are always good, the prices are always cheap, and they have no doubt the best men’s section of any other shop down the road. would definitely recommend :^))
