Over priced product for the demographic of the area. Poorly managed, and terrible customer service via walk in and phone etiquette. Customers shouldn't feel like and inconvenience in the resale store where all of your product is donated. Workers more concerned with talking a lunch break and sitting down, rather than stand up for what habitat for humanity is all about. They encourage safety viliotions to cut corners and increase the bottom dollar. Employees/Managers cherry pick floor products and resale on Facebook market place. (MOONLIGHTING) Something needs to happen to the location ASAP.

Used to be a great place to get things here but not so much anymore, they are never open and when they are it's only 3 days a week no weekends . Might as well close this location and go to Petoskey or gaylord locations at least they are open more often for customers to shop or even donate to. Very disappointing here at Cheboygan location!!!!

Love this store. I don't think I ever come out empty handed. Really did a lot of rearranging Durning close down. Really nice, reasonable.
