Everything has been working out great! I tried to contact a few other support planners & nobody bothered to respond. I was so happy to hear back very quickly from Abby! She has been very responsive & proactive. Setting up our plan went pretty quick & easy. I am new to all of this, for my teen child, and she has made it much easier. I have had several issues with our FMS & we have a new CM that we have never even met. So it is nice to have Abby be a constant & be a point of contact when I need help. I highly recommend Chasing Dreams & I am thankful for them!

I was unaware that support planning was even an option for our family when we needed some extra help navigating everything for my husband's Lewy Body Disease diagnosis and plan of care.

The paperwork, Medicare guidelines, and numerous questions were overwhelming for our family. It has been exhausting trying to understand everything, sign the necessary papers to coordinate with deadlines, as well as communicate with my husband's social worker.

Taylor brought much clarity to the whole process by explaining what we needed to know (and in ways we could understand).

She made the necessary phone calls and contacts, kept in constant communication with my daughter and me, and made sure she got the signatures she needed to meet all deadlines.

Her skills and expertise were invaluable to us, and I am so glad we pursued her help and guidance throughout our own personal journey.

It can be easy to feel completely overwhelmed trying to navigate assessments, waivers, support plans, and more. We reached out to Chasing Dreams and everything started falling into place. Taylor was incredibly patient and attentive, helping us find clarity amid the confusion. She put together a CDCS plan that even our county's CDCS specialist was impressed by. The entire process felt comfortable, never rushed, and carefully crafted to our needs and goals. We highly recommend Taylor and Chasing Dreams!

Wonderful experience. It was such a long road after my dad was injured dealing with all hospital stays, skilled nursing, almost losing him, applying for MA. Had no help along the way and when I talked with Taylor and her co-worker, they explained how they would help us and I was near tears - they were and still are my Angels that we continue to lean on and they do everything they can to help us work our way through the CDCS program. Thank you - you're truly Angels that have blessed us on this incredibly difficult journey we've endured and we have come out the other side still standing.
