If you're a business owner I would suggest banking somewhere else because if you have your business account and a personal account that are linked together and you decide to transfer money from one account to the other the most likely consider that fraud enclose your account by far that is the stupidest thing I have heard any company or any person in this world say we have determined that you are a risk to chase I think the risk definitely would have been me keeping all my money in their Bank but there are a lot of other Banks that a person can go to so it doesn't really matter much to me but if I could give Chase Bank -10 rating I definitely would it's a person's money they should be allowed to do whatever it is they need to do with it especially when you're trying to run a business I'm actually glad that I didn't deposit all of my money into Chase what I deposited in there was a fraction of what I actually have and this review is in no part the fault of the branch I really liked the people at this branch they are always very courteous and extremely nice this review is to Chase corporate I don't understand how I am considered a risk when they know exactly how much I had they're the ones that cashed my check my settlement check and since then I have tripled what I originally had from my settlement but to me if I'm going to keep all that money in a bank I'm going to want the bank that does the most for me not for them so I chose to put all that money in another savings account might as well gain a lot of interest out of something that is meant to help me not the the bank has anybody ever really thought of how much a bank makes off of your money and they give you what as your APR you want a better APR you have to do a CD and not touch your money for however months that you put it in for that to me has always been so silly my suggestion as your personal bank bank with jenius Bank making you money is there first priority but don't get me wrong all banks are similar they make so much more money off having your money in their Bank that's no problem to me though as long as you take care of the people that are making you money this is America that's how everything works I own a business I make money off of people but I do give them a great service they give me money I give them an experience that surpasses the amount that they have given me to me that is fair and it is most definitely fair to my customers

Been banking with Chase for quite a few years now. This branch is the closest to door county. Been to this location a couple times now throughout my travels and the people here are great and the internal setup as well as the drive-thru setup is really convenient

I was treated unfairly this evening at this chase location. After showing up for my appointment on time I was told that the chase staff that I was supposed to meet was not working. At the same time I was told to have a seat and someone would be with me . After waiting for a while , I expressed my frustration of not being serviced. I was finally able to sit down with another staff member in regards to opening an account. Few minutes into the conversation, the staff member asked me questions that has nothing to do with opening an account. I showed them my identification, social security, and debit cards from other banks. But I was still asked to provide other documents that are irrelevant to opening an account. Overall this was a terrible customer service! I will definitely address my concerns with corporate!

Great experience today, and had the privilege of being taken care of by the branch manager, who is passionately devoted to taking care of her customers. I've been a member of Chase Bank for over a decade, and apart from a recent negative experience with the assistant branch manager and a staff member, I have been incredibly satisfied with my banking experiences. All businesses occasionally have that bad staff member they have to deal with, and I'm confident the branch manager will ensure that negative experiences do not occur again. Things are trending the right way, and Chase continues to offer great rewards and acknowledgments to their customers that have served our country as service members of our Armed Forces. Horrible experience my bank account at chase got hacked into on line . Chase did not take any responsibility, did not help me , cashed checks from an unknown source after they knew they weren’t any good . The worst things they did was open a new account under my name without my permission! Then they took all of my Social Security disability payment and still after 3 weeks will not give it too me. They have closed my account and will not allow me access too my own money. Lots of illegal activities going on here !!!

This past Saturday I was having trouble downloading my Chase Bank app to my phone so I drove down to your Adams Street location where a beautiful, kind, girl named Kathy offered to help me. When I told her I needed help, she spent a good 15 minutes directing and guiding me through the process ( without touching my phone) and I was good to go! I can't tell you how grateful I am to her. Unmitigated greed that's what this bank is all about $10 to cash a check drawn out of one of their accounts all because the person cashing the check doesn't have an account there but the person writing the check actually did so $10 for cashing a check drawn out of your own bank you greedy mother affecting pieces of garbage you. I was thinking about leaving my bank after 20 years and finding a new bank I guarantee I won't come to Chase if that's the way you treat people .

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. The branch manager here is lazy and will not go above and beyond. Never using chase or stepping foot in one ever again. Needed images of checks for year 2020 and 2019, which is a lot but bankers over phone said he had the capability to do it which he says he did not and if he did, it would literally take him all day. He didn’t want to help me. Went to chase on packerland and a wonderful lady named Tracie was able to have them printed off in TWO hours!! TWO!!!!! I guess that would have taken too much “time” out of his day. ‘Insert eye roll’ we women really run the world!!
