I talked to the lady when they were about to close the lady told me they had a certain size diaper that I was looking for so I go in the morning way before they even open all of a sudden they don't have that side no they gatekeeping to give them to someone else

"First time calling"! And the young lady with very polite voice answered 🙂 she could of told me that my issues they're not allowed to deal with She put me on hold "Twice" 😂
To check with supervisor and she did go out of her way to be very helpful Thank you to the nice comfort voice she had calmed me down well she did what she could do we'll I hope I get a phone call back soon asp

JulieBeth is the best! Professional yet friendly, VERY knowledgeable and easy to work with. I am so lucky to have/had the opportunity to work with her!
The reason I only gave four stars is due to the fact that 90% of the time my call is not answered by the receptionist. I leave messages but I don’t understand why the phone can’t be answered.

Hello I m so disappointing this service bcz I am apply my low income benefits and housing rent Bcz I am single mother Bcz I am apply September but no mail nothing I am call so many time but not pick my call and I m going to office but she not meet me it’s so disrespectful and rude this center not supporting any thing and I am really unhappy she can’t any help me and nothing just waste my time mad worse service so tell me any one other family support center thank you

I am really disappointed with the "help" here. I've called numerous times to speak to an advocate regarding my case. I completely understand that I am not the only client they have to deal with, BUT for the number of times I have called since last month? All I have asked is for is for ONE phone call back. It would take I'd say maybe 5 to 10 minutes the most? It's just been a simple yes or no question, and I guess I've been told she is the only I can talk to regarding my case. I've been told "she's busy", "she's not in", "she got sick and left early", "her work schedule has changed", or "I will give her your message" , but not one call back yet. I went in today to see the manager, who was not in today, and I am hoping that will actually give me a call back within the next few days.

I can't express how grateful I am for Centra Familia. My mother had trouble with fixing her DOB on her MICA and after trying and trying to get it resolved Mario and the staff at Centra Famila did not stop helping my mother until it got resolved. My mom was so stressed for 2years not getting this resolved caused many issues. Thank you again for helping her Hope Centa Familia continues to provide their services for many years to come!!

I went there to get my taxes done and they told me to reschedule for next week, but there was only one person ahead of me. So when I ask them why they couldn't do it that day, they told me they were busy. So I schedule an appointment the following week at 11 AM, but when I arrive to do my taxes, the front office individual and tax preparer told me there were two people in front of me, even through I have scheduled my appointment a week ahead. Then they told me they could not help me anyway because I did not have my 1082 and the tax preparer cannot do it because her supervisor was not there. So they fail to honor and make excuses to get out of my appointment. I am not sure if it was because I was not Hispanic but they seem on not wanting to help me from the start. If they just stated that they could not provide any services to me from the start I would of gone elsewhere. Instead, I wasted a week because they "promised" me an appointment. Where is the professionalism?

This is a type of agency you have to show your self to get the help you’re needing. This is my second year with them helping me with homeless things. They are truly helpful just not helpful when I comes to answers phones lol
