We filled out the application for my daughter when she turned 3 years old. She was diagnosed with autism, and she is nonverbal. We turned everything in. A months went by didn't. Called to inquire. Left message. Applied again, because they couldn't find my paperwork. 4 different time we tried. I gave up. I was told to apply again by my daughter doctor. So we did and still nothing.

The 2 stars is generous. I'm going to save a detailed review for after my email is read. If I don't receive a response I will get back on and write a review accordingly.

For a concern about my son CVRC blocked my number. They don't pick up but when I call from a different phone they answer and place me to a different line which I have to leave a message which I never get a call back! This is my 3rd time complaining and now I'm going to take it further by calling Sacramento to make my complaint there! Also, I have 2 other kids that were diagnosed as having Autism by the doctors and CVRC is claiming that they do not have Autism and they don't qualify for services... What tf! What tf happened with CVRC?
About to call Sacramento right now because this is ridiculous!

The people here must be working for free or out of their will. Nobody is on the same page. The people don’t care and sound like they hate their job. I can write a page about my experience here but I’m not. It’s not worth my time. Take my word and please just avoid this place overall.

Every worker, from this place, that comes into a facility is disgusting.Instead of pointless paperwork maybe you should teach your workers to wash their hands before entering refrigerators, touching food, etc. They always make sure we have running water, soap and paper towels, but don't use it.Shame to see them flushing a toilet to "see if it works", then comes into the kitchen and goes into the refrigerator, I find this insane.

My son has level 2 autism and tried to get additional help for him after a recommendation from a coworker. I was patient with them and after about a year going through the process they denied him. He has issues communicating and still has potty accidents. We had 2 psych evals that were not even done at their facility. The staff doctor never even met my son. They just go off of notes from a doctor that they sent us to. Before my wife died from cancer I promised her I would get help for my son and I came to these people for help. I believe many mistakes were made here. But people like me needing help I guess have no choice but to go here, but end up with zero. Thanks for nothing.

If you get Ms. Cline as your service coordinator good luck. Weeks go by without any updates.. I have to send multiple emails and practically beg for updates. I am told by my coordinator to call different departments myself to get information and they all have told me that it's my coordinator's responsibility to keep me updated. My coordinator has scheduled meetings without my consent then bombarded my phone with calls so it can be on HER TIME. My daughter's psychological assessment Ms. Cline stated was scheduled, was actually never scheduled as I found out being proactive by myself and calling. She blamed it on a, "system glitch". My experience with CVRC has been nothing but negative and I have had to double check my coordinator's work every step of the way. GROSSLY INCOMPETENT.
