This place is a mess! I called to make an appointment with for my son last week, she told no problem as they had available appointments, and to send over this specific document. I sent it over, then days later I asked what’s going on and she said oh we need more documents. So I sent over more, then didn’t receive a reply for 2 days. I contacted her (Adrianna) asking if I was able to make my son’s appointment now, and she all of a sudden told me the documents were accepted but now she doesn’t have any openings. Like why did I do all that and send all that work over for no reason?! Not to mention I also wasted a week of my time when I could have been looking elsewhere for my son. Honestly thanking god they didn’t have “room for him” after that mess and reading the reviews on this place.

I called to see if they accept my insurance and if they were accepting new clients. The lady who answered was very brass and short in her responses. My first impression was not a good one. Although they accept my insurance I will not be scheduling with them. We need more kindness and understanding from our mental health providers as well as their staff. Even if it’s on our first phone call. The staff is only as good as its management.My guess is they might not have the best management if the person they have answering the phone is a lil rude and short in her responses to someone inquiring about mental health services.

I personally have greatly enjoyed attending my sessions here. The front staff is super warm and welcoming. You can tell they really want to assist as best as they can and are very honest. My clinician is great and I look forward to continuing my sessions!

I really like this place. The office is comfortable. The office staff is always friendly. I've had my counselor changed a couple times but it was actually for the best. My counselor that I ended up with is great! I'm glad I came here.

I'm not sure why this place has bad reviews but every time I have been called by one of their receptionists They have always been very kind, especially Mariah. She is a sweetheart, and honestly. My therapist is great and my daughter is looking forward to getting in to see her therapist. I think you guys should give this place to try.

I'm so disappointed. I have been trying to seek services for quite some time now through different places/people. Central Valley Family Therapy placed me on a waiting list and 2 months later called with an available appt. Less than 24 hrs later I call to confirm and schedule and they had already given the appt away!! What makes it worse is, the receptionist asked if I wanted to be put back on the wait list with 38 people ahead of me. I have been through the most in the last couple of months and trying to find anyone to help is not going to happen at this establishment!

This company was great up until I had a medical emergency with my mother in law and they counted it as a no show! Then I started a new job and needed to change my schedule and they wouldn’t accommodate me at all what so ever! I would call the office and no one would answer either, so I went through all the steps to be accommodated they denied me. Then I got a threatening letter that would dismiss me for one no show because the receptionist never answers the phone. I wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone!
