My experience has been very bad back about 7 years ago when they made the weman and men sleep on the old floor where the cock roaches was climb all over me a guy next to me put his hands in my pants demanding .e to stay quit and take it I the one that has them separate the males from females and the kids go w the moms in sense then some thing mite have change but I had to stay there serval times thew out the past 15years and one thing I can say it get worse every year and I never got help the sad thing is i or no one get the help they really need it all drug addicts that stay there every year same ppl I never got help from them it clear no one dose I will I will give the north end soup kitchen a 10 in stars tho they bust there but to feed ppl there ploit careing and it clean but for center of hope it the center of doom it nasty ppl there are rude but again when it comes to the warming center for the female sleep on dirty floors I sorry but to help someone in need you don't throw them to the streets w out food after they been stabbed robbed by the girls that stay at warming center and made to go to er to get clear for being mentally unstable then told if clear I can get help well that was a clear lie this place is nasty guts waking around spitting on flir no shirts again told to leave for no reason

I got Maced at the center for hope and they didnt even care I have chemical burns on my back and shoulders and they didn't even give me a shower how can I get legal help?

The only complaint I have about this facility
Is There are certain individuals down yonder.that think becouse A individual need help they can talk you anyway they pz. Like we our still human with feelings. We was always like these .You don't want to come to work don't. I don't know the security guard's name but if it wasn't for him that place would have so many fights He's very understanding And a very caring individual for how much he has to deal with . Mister Brent tries as hardest to keep up with your needs and questions Very carry and Miss Mary is awesome all the Above. I would like to see that a native americans and Mexican go on their Sign in sheet for lunch closing In personal items..
