I went to a Cellcom event in July of 2023 without the intention of switching to cellcom. I was happy with Verizon. My husband was switching and getting a new phone. They convinced me to switch onto his plan and I was told they would pay off the rest of my phone at Verizon since I was taking my own phone with. I was supposed to be credited the amount to my Cellcom account and it would be taken off of my bills each month. The amount was $366 and I have receipts of this. The employee who worked with me had me do this at the event in front of him so we could switch. Long story short, he lied, and apparently after multiple calls with customer service, I wasn’t eligible for this because we switched to the single unlimited plan (still makes no sense to me and I don’t believe) and customer service told me it was one promotion or the other. This employee’s mistake cost me $366, which was NEVER credited to my account, and in return I’ve received worse service and less data (it’s 10GB not unlimited) than what I had with Verizon. I was very happy to stay with Verizon, but this employee cohered me into switching with this promotion, which apparently was not real? I don’t know what to believe anymore. Very disappointed in the lack of solution with this location and the customer care team I spoke with over the phone. I asked to speak to corporate and was told there isn’t one. Because of the inability to find a solution, I will be leaving Cellcom. Not trustworthy whatsoever and am warning others to not believe anything promised at these events.

Angela in Technical Support did an outstanding job helping my wife and I with call connection issues we were both experiencing on our mobile phones.
In addition, Angela fixed my voicemail notification issue. She quickly identified the cause and reset my voicemail after taking care to ensure no messages would be lost.
Angela was exceptionally attentive, thorough and followed up to confirm all issues were fully resolved.
Employees like Angela are what make Nsight/Cellcom a top-notch business.

We had an excellent experience with Rob at the De Pere location, today! He was patient and understanding with us, especially since we had our toddler in tow. We had to come back for a second time later in the day, and he was nothing but helpful. Cellcom management, please give this guy a raise! (And give that store more staffing on weekends... it was so busy in there with only 2 people working!)

Just wanted to share how great my experience with Naoise/Neesh was when I purchased my new Apple Watch. I used to dread going to Sprint and he knocked it out of the park. A notch above the rest and I wanted to let Cellcom and anyone else out there reading this review that if you get the honor of his expertise and wonderful demeanor-you will never settle for any other competitor

I would give zero stars if possible. I tried to cancel my deceased brother's phone, and they asked to speak to him as confirmation that I was authorized to remove him from the account. I told them this was not possible and they asked if he was nearby to confirm my request. I deliberately overpaid the bill so that his partner could continue to use the phone, and wrote them a letter with a copy of his death certificate and her contact information, asking them to send future bills to her (again, I prepaid six months of the bill). I got no response, just another bill with my brother's phone still on it. I sent another letter, reiterating my request. I finally got an email telling me to contact customer service. I just found out they cancelled his partner's account with no warning weeks ago and told her I received a refund, which I did not. Please do not tell me to call customer "service", as that is where this whole fiasco started.

The reception within their "coverage area" is terrible. From New London, Navarino, Bonduel, Mill Center, Sobieski, anywhere north of highway 64. None in Boulder Junction, Land O Lakes, east of Eagle River. I mention these areas because I am in them often enough to comment on it. My old Goggle phone, new Samsung phone, brother's I phone. Phone doesn't matter. Once a great coverage company- no more.

The staff is very friendly, Cellcom will always be there to help you with your questions and issues related to your cellphone service. They don't help with Facebook related stuff usually but I don't blame them, they are not affiliated with Facebook so why should they? Wait times can vary and I wouldn't walk in thinking your gonna get out in less than 30 minutes or so, they are very thorough.

Waited an hr plus to even talk to a sales rep for and upgrade. Had to talk to the greeter to see if he could get my upgrade device that I wanted, to get software updated, even before it was sold out to save my time. Not impressed, seems like this place has been going downhill of years. Step up or get out!
