My godmother who is also my aunt and a second mother to me is at Cedar Crest. I love that you have to check in and get badged with your photo before visiting. I am also impressed with how clean it is and the fact that you have to wear a mask to protect their residents from any outside illnesses.
My aunt is very well taken care of and the staff treats her so good. It's never easy to see a loved one in a nursing home, but it is one of the nicest ones I've been to so if she has to be anywhere, I'm glad she's there.

Cedar Crest is a wonderful place. My mother was originally placed in a care facility in SF. We moved her to Cedar Crest and the difference is remarkable. The staff and facility is top notch. We are so happy we made the switch!

First time here getting care for new friend who has no family and husband is at Kaiser. Friendly, caring, efficient and very competent staff. I stayed with my new friend and played bingo in the community room with others. Then went to her room where she chose to have dinner. She will be well cared for here until the move out of state to a care facility. This is a difficult transition for her and hubby, but was made so much easier by these wonderful, caring, highly skilled health care professionals. Thank you Lauren, Maria, Joseph and Rebecca!

My mom is there recovering from a stroke. Was skeptical of the level of care she'd receive at a place like this....but they are on top of things! When my mom presses the call light someone shows up within a minute or two. Kindly and respectfully interact with her and solve whatever issue there may be or answer any question, no matter time of day.

I also saw physical and occupational therapy in action today. Wow! Mom has made so much progress it's almost unreal. They bend over backwards to make sure patients are comfortable and tended to.

I really appreciate the staff. Always willing to help and always friendly. It's contagious!

So many of these places are little more than human warehousing. It is good to find a facility that cares for your loved one with compassion and dignity. Each time I come, I find a clean facility, well attended, caring for those to whom they have been trusted.

We having nothing but good things to say about this facility!! It’s clean, doesn’t stink, and the staff has been amazing!! From the receptionist, to the nurses, to the case manager, the social worker, the CNAs, the LVNs, the PT and OT, and even the dietian manager. They always answered our questions and made us (the family) feel welcome.

Cedar Crest took care of both of my parents and they did an exceptional job! Their care of my parents as they were dealing with their medical AND emotional issues were beyond compare. They attended to their needs quickly and thoroughly and were great with their communication on what was happening in all phases of their care. I highly recommend them!
