Very friendly and accommodating staff. They can offer you a lot of resources for senior citizens. You can have lunch there everyday Monday through Friday, and it's a pay what you can kind of deal, or if you strapped out, you can have a lunch for free. All you have to do is register once, and pre-order the day before. It's close to where I live, and both my wife and I take advantage of it one or two days a week. They also have activities, and they have a schedule for what's going on. For my wife and i, it's a good place to just relax and chill.

The Syracuse City Line sent me there to get a new recycle bin, and the city no longer has them at Canal St. They were out of them at the Cecile Center. The young lady there was very pleasant and said I could try Kirk Park. They had ordered them over a week ago, and the City has not replenished them yet. I will wait.
