Helpful and friendly staff.
Sometimes there is quite a wait time. Make sure you are aware of all the rules. I was just informed (during my search for clothing for one toddler and two adults) that I had only 5 minutes left of the 15 minute time frame you are now allowed....I had no idea and had only checked my 3yr olds area thoroughly... I needed sweaters and long John's for me and my husband badly...

These kind people work so hard to help people in our community. You should volunteer here volunteer to donate to the clothjng bank, food pantry, food “at the soup”. Attend Empty Bowls, their only fund raiser of the year. The smiles go on for miles. You will want to volunteer as much as possible.

You need anything? I mean anything! This is the place! I'm going to leave it as simple as that! The people are friendly, understanding, courteous, and they listen! (now that's the rare one)! They will give the shirt literally the shirt off their back to anybody that is in need of it and probably throw in the sneakers and pants too without blinking!

Older white man that works there harassed me about a mask while he wasn't wearing one. I had already informed him I have severe asthma. He was too incompetent to understand how restriction of oxygen intake affects asthmatic attacks. I tried to explain it to him and he got irate with me and told me I'd have to leave even though he wasn't wearing a mask either. Hypocritical and judgmental seem like he thought he was better than everyone else in there.
