Really bad communication and really poor clarity about your case, they will say something and the next few days decide a different things without letting you know in avance.
They don’t respect your hours and would not respect your personal circumstances.

I went here for help for my citizenship and they were supposed to help me and got all paper work and check ready for immigration and I got denied and guy never wrote me anymore he kept the check and doesn’t answer anymore doesn’t answer phone calls texts messages or emails we have shown up to his work and they say he ain’t there and we just want my check and my paper work back so I can continue with my immigration paper work.

Alyssa the program manager was able to help us review our paperwork and figure what we had done incorrectly in just a few minutes. She knows her stuff and was very knowledgable on the subject, just come prepared with all the documents and details. She definitely deserves more credit for the great work she does.

I understand this business may be busy all the time but every single time I call, the receptionist is extremely rude and condescending. I can't even ask a question without her sounding awful. I made a call recently trying to make an appointment I ask her if it was possible to talk to someone because the person I was trying to reach was not answering the phone. She stated angrily "Well she's the only one that can help you" she cut me off and transfer me to a phone number in which noone answer. This happen multiple times already. How awful can you be that you can't even express a single ounce of care. It's such a shame that a nonprofit whose trying to help the community has a person like that representing the organization.

Attorney Virginia Maynes is incredible. I called several attorneys to help us with our case and even though they were highly recommended, they didn't have a clue on how to approach our case.

The first time we met with Virginia, she took about an hour to understand our needs, answer questions and make sure we understood the process to follow. The same with our next appointment.
Virginia also speaks Spanish fluently.

I absolutely recommended Virginia. She's literally the best immigration attorney.
