Had a great experience here, the people seem to really care about what they are doing. They are great to work with as community partners as well. The chapel located inside was amazing and had some beautiful windows.

This is all about lie Monday call or anything else they help their families and friends only.
When you call no one answer phone and when somebody finally pick up the phone go directly to voice mail, I been there and I see it front of my eyes they pick up the phone and hung up, all you can do is do your research and make that complain and have a prove like I did and take it to higher ups

I am currently displaced and living in a homeless shelter. The shelter does not allow us to be in the dorm area from 8-4pm. So I go to Catholic Charities. Everyone there are always friendly and helpful. Shout out to the Director Bleu. Naida, Jessica, Andrea, and Alaina (security officer that keeps us safe? and orderly), they are always willing to give a helping hand. I also bathe there because it's clean and pleasant. They also allow us to wash 1 load of laundry a day and they provide the detergent. Whenever I need to fax anything or make copies to handle business they are willing to oblige. You can buy your own food and cook it in the microwave. They feed us. They also have computers you can use. The aura is peaceful. I cannot say enough about Catholic Charities , they are a God send.

Seems I got lied to by at least 3 different case managers (kyle newman, dedra s, and katie dan) denying the existence or waiting list of a "car program". Mixed answers from all. No cohesion. The director Jenny isn't helpful at all either. I'm not the right skin color or "needy" enough to be considered among the group special enough for the "elite program". They can't explain the criteria or selection process for the program whatever. They just say "we don't have any cars." It is not advertised to the public so they say. The case managers I came across were unhelpful at best. None were really doing anything for me that I couldn't do for myself. I had already explained my situation, my abilities, my needs, readiness and capability to care for higher level of transportation. I expressed my willingness to comply for a "wait-list" if one existed, but still lots of red-tape and lies. Waste of time that this place is.

This place is an absolute blessing to the city of Oklahoma City. I recently lost my oldest daughter and was obviously destroyed. They’ve been there helping me pick up the pieces of my heart with the love of Christ. I cannot thank Caitlyn and the staff there enough.

They have helped me with helping others so many times it's unbelievable. Now they may not be able to help with everything but they have helped with helping me get a safe place for a female to sleep. I don't really know what all they can do but they helped me get a 16 year old run away back to her family and she made back safely. I recommend them to anyone who might need a little help.

I have been trying INTENTLY to reach Catholic Charities for two weeks now in order to have my first months rent reimbursed.
They open at 8:00 a.m.
I start calli
ng at 7:45 a m. One after the other. Both Mondays, at 8:03 a.m. the message states we are full

Almost a 5 star, just I know they are currently working on making facilities more beneficial and resourceful for the Homeless Women of the City and I know it's going to be amazing. Thank you guys for all you do and all your ideas and your inclusion. Also I hope you find the case managers needed to help work cases soon.
