We are asylee family, We went to that organization seeking help. There was a Latina woman at the front desk, and as soon as she saw us, she got angry. We were there for assistance, but they did not provide us with any help.

She didn’t listen to anything we said and told us to go to the building across the street. When we went there, we found the building locked. A security guard there gave us a phone number, but when we called, they didn’t help us or even listen to our problems.

Wow, as a Catholic, I didn’t want to believe that Satan has already infiltrated the church but seeing how you guys help illegal migrants especially ones that get off the bus from detention centers “jails” but won’t lift a hand to help our brothers and sisters in North Carolina. This is disgusting.

They helped us with the immigration process of a family member a few years back. The process went smoothly in the end, but the person who guided us through it and made sure we had all the documentation, didn’t follow up on phone calls and emails a couple of times, so we had to visit them just to get answers to simple questions.
Other than that, we want to express our gratitude for their incredible help and assistance.

Staff was incredibly helpful. Betty Uribe was sent from heaven and was our guardian angel. She helped from beginning to end with our immigration issues. Highly recommend Catholic Charities for all your immigration issues!

I just watched a Youtube video by Silenceboy in reagrds to public photography. I am absolutely surprised to learn that an attorney at this location doesn't understand that filming individuals and/or buildings on a publicly accessible sidewalk is a constitutionally protected activity, with respect to the 1st amendment. She should have learn said law in her constitutional law class in law school. Hopefully, a civil claim will not be filed against her in regards to this matter.
