Excellent service now that Diana is gone the ladies there are wonderful the security very helpful clean it would be nice if they could help with a little extra food and clothing but hey I am thankful.

This place is very good they help pay your PG&E bill. Give food and clothing to people in need. must be low income to qualify they are very friendly nice and helpful this is a nice place to go when you need help. All you do is call them or you can go down there to ask what days they give out the food and clothing. see what you need to qualify for the PG&E program.

They didn't help me or my family and gave me a lunch. One lunch for 4 of us.. and told my daughter she couldn't get all her clothes

I had a very awful experience with the Fresno Office. My power had been off for weeks and I didn't no what to do it took three weeks for me to be told that they could not help me. I had to borrow money and put myself in more debt when they could have just told me this two weeks prior

Usually a great place for homeless resources and payee services, free DMV identification vouchers, clothes closet, referrals to other programs and services from a friendly spirit led staff. Today they are temporarily closed until further notice_(10/15/20) due to a broken front door window from vandalism. Always a great place to connect and get guidance.

It's got. A wide variety of people here. But out of everyone thats here the staff. Is the most unpleasant. If you don't like your job get a different one don't be. Hating ur job taking it out on. Your clients people come to you for help. Keep the attitude to yourself
