We lucked out when my wife ran across Wendy Langston at an open house. Even though the house was already unavailable, my wife was so impressed by her amiable nature that we decided to contact her to be our buyer agent.

We were looking for our first home and Wendy did not shy away from our many questions and concerns. She set us up with our own MLS portal that showed only the homes that met our criteria. Being able to view homes days before Zillow and other sites have them was a major advantage as the market here is very competitive.

Once we finally found our dream home—and I mean dream home—she was quick to move on it. She helped us majorly with our first-ever offer, including setting terms in our favor. At no point did we feel uncomfortable with the process, including discussing setting an attractive price. Thanks to her, our terms were better than another offer of the same price. We cannot believe that we hit a home run on our very first swing!

We will be recommending Wendy to everyone we know. Being in our early 30's, we have many friends ready to make that big leap into home ownership. Due to the area, Wendy works with many investors, but you can tell her true passion is to help people get into their first home (she stated that's why she got into real estate.)
