Hopefully Steve is no longer heading this, his personal relationships are more important than the kids getting the help they need, the children deserve better. He will protect people not doing their jobs and even allowed and excused bullying of volunteers to protect the social workers not doing their job and rejecting the extra help that the volunteers are happily there to do. He opens his part of the training class with his own obvious insecurities of not having a degree or certification of any kind and is completely discouraging if not rejects those who are on that path. His own insecurities and personal relationships are his priority, not the children and he takes it out on the CASA volunteers
