Nalee, the rental agent, was a pleasure to work with. I rented one of her apartments at Del Rey, and she made the whole moving in and moving out process so smooth, efficient, and pleasant. The apartment was also clean and well maintained, with great neighbours.

Nalee is one of the best landlords I have had the privilege of renting under. Anytime there was a problem (there weren’t many) she always got be to me super quick. This complex is definitely the top one I have lived in for my past 6 years of living in SD. Highly recommend this place to anyone searching!

Management here is great, Nalee is a fast problem solver and she always had an answer to my questions. The apartments themselves are well kept, and very nice. I enjoyed my residence here greatly. The staff and residents are all very nice.

I have been living here for the past couple of months and it has been such a great experience, especially in dealing with the landlord Nalee! She is always extremely helpful and resourceful. You can tell she loves what she does and always goes above and beyond for her tenant. Maintenance is always so nice and efficient. Miguel ALWAYS ask "How are you?" I think that is such a thoughtful question to ask as moms no one ever asks us that lol. I think it is so kind that he always greets you and it is always so genuine. Overall, the entire team has been amazing!

the manager nalee is great very sweet and helpful nice, the complete is calm peaceful and quiet, everyone the lives here is nice, polite. the complex is very clean , everything gets fixed on time, I have never had a problem, I glade I moved here

My fiance and I lived here for a little over a year, and we really enjoyed our time here! we wish we wouldn't have to leave, but I unfortunately had to move to Arizona to finish my degree. The apartment themselves are very nice and spacious. Georgette is friendly and very helpful with anything that you need. We never had any maintenance issues, but we did have the water off a few times for other repairs in the building. However, the water was never off for very long and they sent a text message ahead of time to let everyone prepare. Other than that, we never had any issues or complaints. We both were very happy there.

Without a doubt, I would have loved living here. The process was seamless, the response times were beyond expectations, and the Regional Manager, Nalee Staton, was available, if not by phone, by text, at any time I needed a question answered. Sadly, our family went in another direction and rented a home. But I will forever remember the personal touch Nalee provided during the application process.

Me and my partner have been living here for three months, the community is always kept clean. All the neighbors I have come across have been extremely friendly. I enjoy the New Orleans set up, we really love it here so far.
