Cute little museum! My Mom and I found it on our walk back from downtown to State St. by the ocean. Lots of little history about the area. We liked the outside grounds and even caught a beautiful monarch on our way out. 🧡

Really neat museum! Limited hours (weekends 11-3) but chock-full of goodies from the history of Carlsbad! The docents are really nice and extremely knowledgeable of the area. This is definitely a place that you’ll need to allow plenty of time to see—the house keeps going and going and there’s so much new stuff to experience and read! Wish that this place was better-known!
