Words cannot fully express how deeply grateful we are for the incredible support we received from Care Patrol, and especially from Lisa, during one of the most difficult and emotional times for our family.

When my grandpa’s dementia took a turn for the worse, it became clear that his safety and well-being were at serious risk. The violent outbursts and confusion left us feeling overwhelmed and uncertain about what to do. We knew we needed to find a safe, supportive home for him quickly, but we were paralyzed by the lack of choices due to waitlists.

That’s when we reached out to Care Patrol, and it was one of the best decisions we could have made. Lisa, with her deep knowledge, compassion, and unwavering commitment, became our guiding light through this process. From the very first phone call, she understood the urgency of the situation and wasted no time in finding suitable options for my grandpa’s care. She took the time to listen to our concerns, understand our family’s specific needs, and worked tirelessly to ensure we had the best possible options available.

I don't live in the area and didn't know where to begin; I called them and they did all the research for me and set up appointments for visits.
