Well...I understood one has to have a plan B for transportation. They told me I would get a call to confirm ride or for me to go plan B. No call before or since doctor appointment.....poor policies & procedures? Or not caring?

The staff were professional, freindly, made me feel special, and welcome and appreciated as an employee. The building structure is fancy and open, creating a visit of nature, with the big window's that allow the view of the sky and tree's and watch people going about. And, the modern technology they have- made me feel at ease, in this time of pandemic.

The people that work the offices will tell you one thing when you know for a fact that they are not being truthful with you then are completely rude to you when they find out you have checked up on them to find the truth. They called my wife that she or myself are not to contact my aide again (she is a longtime family friend) which she was the reason we went to them to start with. Beware NON TRUTHFUL ALERT...STAY AWAY.

I live in Christopher homes North little Rock, low income housing unit for Seniors. Since I have no children in my life this page brings happiness to my home.
