Very satisfied with the service here!
Easy to make appointment, the staffs are friendly.
I got help from the attorney named Evelyn Martinez, she is professional, carefully reviewed all of my papers, and information to make sure I have sufficient files before submitting. I trust her and she did a very good job. She is also helpful when it comes to questions, always answers my email. Even though the pandemic makes everything so slow, eventually I got my green card thanks to Ms. Evelyn! So lucky I found this organization.
I recommend this place to anyone who needs a professional work for their immigration status adjustment with a low cost.

They are very selfish people. I guess they serve for only Spanish people. I waited one year for citizenship class. They always say that they don't have open space. Nobody can believe for a year you cannot take online class. I wish I could know about them before. I wasted my time waiting for a year. Stay away to this place and search for some places who really wanna serve people in need. I want you not to regret later. They just send you emails for donation not for your help. I never recommend this place.

My experience at carecen has been very pleasant and informative. Yvett and Jennifer make a great team they are professional and polite. They have both been working really hard on my immigration case. I am very grateful for all of there resources during this pandemic. I would like to thank the organization for having amazing hardworking dedicated and friendly employees. Not very happy with their services.My husband and I went so we could have our citizenchip application fill out. They told us that we needed an appt. to do that and that they were gonna call us to give us that appt. I waited couple weeks n still didn't get the call for our appt. I called few times n left messages that were never replied,so 2 more weeks passed by and still didn't get a call for that appt. So I decided to go to their office and asked what was going on? The recepcionist was like,oh sorry and she didn't even gave a valid excuse for not having returned my calls,her attitude was so careless.Anyways,I finally got the appt. for the following week or so. So I went and filled up the application and everything. Two months after I had filled up my application,I still didn't get any notice that immigration had received my application,I got worried and I called Carecen to ask if they had received any notification that my application it's already in process or something.The receptionist told me that there was no record that my application had been mailed yet and that it was still at their office (carecen) and that they been so busy and hadn't been sent. I got really upset and told them that that was very unprofessional and that at least they needed it to let me know that my application was still on their premises. Later on that day the receptionist called back and say that the application was submited a week ago. I told her how dissapointed I was with their services. I would NEVER recomend anyone to do bussiness with them.

COMPLETELY DISREGARDED WHAT WE HAD TO SAY AND CALLED US LIARS BECAUSE AFTER 5 MINS OF A CONVERSATION SHE APPARENTLY KNEW MORE ABOUT US THAN WE KNEW ABOUT OURSELVES. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. THE WAY THEY HANDLED THEMSELVES WAS DISAPPOINTING. MY FATHER IN LAW WAS SO DEVASTATED AFTER THEY TOLD HIM SIME THE INFO THEY DID WHICH I BELIVE WAS IN ACCURATE INFO AND WENT AGAINT USCIS AND VISA CENTER'S INFO.
