Nothing but great things to say about Capitola Gardens! My husband and I had to re-locate last year due to his job, and the moving process was seamless thanks to Shane! Shane is the best community manager and does an excellent job of taking care of the community and the residents. He was kind enough to provide us with a virtual tour (since we were living in SoCal) and was there to answer any of our questions prior to our big move. We just renewed our lease and so far we love the community and our neighbors. The community itself is always nice and peaceful, and the maintenance team is always on top of the service requests. We have not had any major issues in our unit, but when minor things needed maintenance, Frankie & Steve always came by same day to resolve it! Also want to mention that the location is super convenient, as it is located just walking distance to the village, beach, grocery stores, shopping, etc. We are so happy we chose Capitola Gardens and highly recommend it to anyone who is considering moving to the area!

I will give it three stars due to the great maintenance staff however manager company could be more understanding of me and others with autism and special needs that's my honest feedback !

My fiancé and I have lived here for about a year with our two dogs. The grounds are beautifully maintained, like living in a park. The complex is walking distance from Capitola Beach, so most mornings we walk to have coffee on the beach. Our apartment is older, but has been well maintained. Upon moving in new appliances were installed and the counters were re-surfaced. Chris (the manager) is extremely friendly and always willing to help with anything that comes up. Mike, the maintenance guy, has also been amazing, coming over on a moments notice for anything we've needed, even for silly things like me not knowing how to start the heater! Our neighbors are also very nice and have made us feel welcome in the community. This is hands down the best place we've ever lived and we couldn't be more happy renting here.

I overnight there with my 34 feet motorhome and super nice and quiet neighborhood. Walk with my dog over there and no problem. Please keep the place like that if need park don't leave garbage and dog poo around. Cheers.

Capitola Gardens is the finest complex in all of Capitola. Friendly neighbors it's just awesome. Tiffany the Manager is one of the nicest person I have the Pleasure of calling a Friend. I recommend Capitola Gardens to anyone looking for a Beautiful setting to call home.

Appliances are too old, loud, and like 70s old for what they charge. To be honest. The fridge and heater are possessed. The vent in the bathroom is possessed. Meh.

Horrible! They charged me for what they called damage. It was water damage! They took my entire deposit! They used it to update the apartment. Don’t rent at this place. Horrible.
