I never been in this program, I'm from another state, but I have family in Conway and and some one that is asking for help, my question is why do they answered all good reviews, but Not the bad one's? At least you should answer the bad reviews and let the people know what's going on🥺🤷‍♀️

CAPCA provides essential services for our citizens and I am so thankful for their support of central Arkansas! The staff is absolutely amazing. You can tell beyond a shadow of a doubt that they love serving their community. I also love that CAPCA provides volunteer opportunities so everyone in our area has a chance to support one another.

Employees are very rude!! Don’t care about your issue and tell you they can’t help it they got 10 days to work it when on the 10th day they still haven’t worked it. Only help 10 people a day and done by 11 am wow. Worst place to try and get help from when going through a divorce or major health problem that causes you to have to get help. Horrible Horrible!! The community needs to get a different program to donate to who genuinely care about helping the people of the community because this place does not!! No one to complain to because I tried that and Shelby the program supervisor had the same attitude as the Searcy office . Very poor work ethics to be working with the public!!

I was doing sum community service here, and the people are really great, and very kind and helpful. They are getting their Christmas boxes ready, so if you and your family, or someone you know are in need for the holiday, make sure to contact this place and see if you might qualify for a Christmas box this month.

Almost a year ago when I found myself lost with no family not hardly a change of clothes I reached out to CAPCA because for the first time in my life I truly needed help. I can't say enough about the care and compation I was shown THEN! HOWEVER, I have needed help on a few things here and there and recently I saw on their website that they help with gasoline to help you get to job interviews ect.... And I have been sick now for a while and the cancer I have been diagnosed with has me in and out of the hospital and just the other day once again I called Blaze to ask if she knew any place that could've help me with my gas bill now mind you every website anyone goes to praises CAPCA for having the resources and/know how to help people. Well once again her exact words "I sure don't" and I have an open case with them which means they are suppose to call me and help me yet not once has anyone ever called to let me know exactly what they do for people trying to become self sufficient. They hand out a packet with food banks Drs offices ect that help people I need of help. Just yesterday I went thru those resources and sure enough I have an appointment to meet with someone about my gas being shut off and a gasibe voucher.
I am just real disappointed in the lack of genuine care and WANT to help like there once was. It's sad because there are some really good people there unfortunately most of us won't ever meet them because we were never told we actually could. We were never told anything. Just dropped and ignored.

They are awesome at helping people out but they absolutely 1000 percent wont call you back after even stating they would multiple times I was told they dont have to call you back which is understandable but please dont tell someone you would do something and not just a bit much for someone needing help in the pandemic!
