Older building. Needs a facelift. Good enough to have gatherings, meetings, etc. Weddings, parties, would need great decorations to add to the atmosphere. Great size ladies room, two old fashion restrooms. Good size kitchen for events. Small parking area. Plenty of streets to park. Residential area. A/C and Heater works well.

Management was really rude. They wouldn’t turn on the air-conditioning. It was really hot. Couldn’t ask them anything because they would yell at you don’t ever have your party here. Worst service ever I would give it a zero if I could.
