I have been a member for several years and CAA has a hot line I can call when I need information. Sometimes it's difficult wading through the California legal waters concerning landlord/tenant relations, but CAA is there for me when I need them. They also keep me updated via email concerning pertinent legislation whether beneficial or harmful to landlord interests.
