I have recently started frequenting this shop to help complete some of my vintage Pokemon sets and I am glad that I have stumbled upon it. They may have a limited inventory due to their newer status as a game store and lack of reputation with the distributors in the area, but their prices are fair, which has become a big deciding factor in Pokemon products recently. Unlike other game stores, Calico Games is not scalping new and highly sought after Pokemon products for insane markups. If anything is marked over MSRP, it will only be by a few dollars, which is fine by me, because I understand that they've got bills to pay as well. They also limit the purchase of these products to 1 or 2 per customer depending on their inventory levels, so they have made it very clear to me that they are very collector focused and are trying their best to deter scalpers who only care about making a buck. It has been very refreshing, especially when popular products like 151 and Prismatic Evolutions have been selling for 2x or 3x MSRP at most other local game stores. For these reason, I will definitely be a continuing customer, and I would recommend that other people check it out as well if they are in the area.

The staff here are nice and friendly, the vibes are very welcoming 🫶 the staff clearly know what they’re talking about and are very receptive. they have a wide but sort of niche selection. if you’re trying to get into tabletop games or retro gaming calico games is definitely the place to go 🙂

i love calico games, they came in clutch with a 3ds charger for me and it was only $10. their old games are also priced fairly. me and my boyfriend are going to pick up one thats only 8 dollars today💪💪💪 also the staff are so kind and helpful

I usually go into the store to sell Pokemon cards, sometimes I'm happy with the sale but sometimes not. However they sell trading cards game cards, accessories, supplies to store your cards in, and even some game consoles!
