I can only leave a one star but they don't deserve any. I suffer from severe social anxiety and asked if they could put me some place less crowded as I was getting overwhelmed and box breathing wasn't working. Girl at desk said she would ask yet she just sat her butt in the chair and done absolutely nothing. This isn't a good thing with anyone with my condition. They need to do a bunch of revamping the whole facility so that it can operate properly and not like some play station game. They are dealing with real lives even if reception don't see it that way. If I go full blown attack I promise you I will throw a law suit on your hospital so fast your head will spin!!!!

I went in for an MRI and I misread a few questions on the sheet. I answered I had metal implants in my eyes question when it was supposed to be for a question further down. Woman doing MRI pointed it out, I apologized and said I'm sorry, I made a mistake. And she said well why would you answer yes here but not down here? I said again, I'm sorry, I made a mistake. We get in, she snapped at me follow me and claimed you must not have heard me. We get to the room where the MRI is, she said take your boots and glasses off on the table. I was unaware she meant table by the chair and she snapped at me again take your glasses off and put them on the table. We got in the room, she complained about the gentleman that set the room up and explained that she does not talk during the procedure because it's obvious nobody listens when she talks. I was nervous to begin with since I've never had an MRI done. If you are going to be in the medical field you might want to be a little more patient and understanding with who you are dealing with. Thank you

I have a lot of medical issues going on, and this time, I came in for heart issues. I was hesitant to come here due to a recent poor experience. This time, however, they streamlined my care to get answers fast and make sure I felt comfortable the whole time. Every staff member I interacted with from EVS to the cardiologist was top-notch. They listened, and they cared.

I would have put a negative number if I could. It doesn’t deserve a one but I had to put a star in o post. Went to ER 4/18/25 evening after falling off a clay cliff hiking days before my visit and it got worse every day until I could barely walk and had no comfort position I had to use a cane to shuffle in until I could get a wheel chair. They put me in a room, no gown, took no history, didn’t ask anything about medications, didn’t take blood pressure I just laid in there for two hours and finally gave me an injection of Toradol and I told them I had taken my steroid to reduce back swelling and the Toradol upset my stomach ulcer, finally got me an X-ray PA comes in later and says no break I asked what was next to find out why I can’t move or walk like an mri or catscan and she said no it might not show anything and I said well something is severely wrong and she said “well you walked in here” which I didn’t but I was shocked and I knew then she didn’t care so I left knowing they didn’t want to help I feel helpless I still can’t move. I beg of you to go somewhere else even if it’s an hour longer drive it’s so worth it to avoid this barbaric hospital

The staff in the cardio and pulmonary rehab are fantastic I’ve been going to pulmonary rehab for awhile now and I have no complaints my life has improved so much all thanks to the therapist in pulmonary

They lost over 200 bucks worth of belongings I have no way of finding any of it? This hospital changes protocol every month on to what your allowed to have. I wouldn’t bring my dead pet to them. Never have I experienced this behavior from staff. Find my shit or pay me back for all the stuff y’all lost.

I just went into the E.R. with a nasty case of cellulitis in my foot. My foot was dark red, quite swollen and, as normal for cellulitis infections, immensely painful. I had already taken an 800mg Ibuprofen and it wasn't doing much, so I asked if I could have one pain pill, just one, so I could sleep tonight. I'm 54, never had any felonies or drug conviction, never been in rehab or had a problem with drugs. Yet I was refused ONE PILL that was very understandably needed by me. But the smug, jerk of a doctor basically gave me the finger and kicked me out.

Was treated very well for breast cancer screening, had to go back again, because they thought they found something again treated well. Got the bill, wow big surprise I don’t know if they have an incompetent person doing billing and coding, because holy crap, my insurance is supposed to pay 100 percent for preventative care. I think they just charge way too much money. This is why people die of breast cancer and colon cancer. Because even though you have insurance you get way over charged. This place does not care about people and health. They care about money and lots of it. Any health care worker who
Works here should be ashamed.
